On Saturday, 14 June 2014, in the evening at 19:50, in Tauragės district municipality, Kirklių village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 207.24), an Opel Astra rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Opel (16 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
