On Tuesday, 1 July 2014, in the evening at 19:12, in Šakių district municipality, on Taikos street near No. 11, a Citroen Xsara rolled over. One person was injured — a 22-year-old passenger of the Citroen (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to choose a safe speed.
