Unlicensed Volvo driver hits a parked Volkswagen and flees on Ukmergės street, Vilnius
On Sunday, 6 July 2014, in the afternoon at 15:45, in Vilnius, on Ukmergės street near No. 240, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
