On Monday, 7 July 2014, in the evening at 21:45, in Šiaulių district municipality, on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 63.60), an Opel Astra hit an obstacle.
