On Thursday, 7 August 2014, in the evening at 17:35, in Šiauliai, on Serbentų street near No. 100, a Honda PC 35 (CBR 600 F) registered in Latvia hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. Two people were injured — a 33-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized) and the 35-year-old driver of the Honda (a citizen of Latvia) (severely injured, treated as an outpatient). Both drivers were sober.
