On Wednesday, 13 August 2014, in the afternoon at 11:57, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Krinčinas–Ličiūnai–Mieliūnai regional road (kilometre 7.55), an Opel Vectra rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.45‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
