On Friday, 20 June 2014, in the afternoon at 15:55, in Kaunas, on Pramonės pr. near No. 6, a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 406 and a Ford Escape. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Peugeot (9 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations, failed to give way when changing direction and failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
