On Wednesday, 17 September 2014, in the evening at 18:37, in Vilnius, on Tyzenhauzų street, at the junction with Jotvingių street, an Audi 80 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.25‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
