On Friday, 26 September 2014, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Šiauliai, on Tilžės street, at the junction with Smėlio street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo S60, a Peugeot Partner and an Audi A6. One person was injured — a 17-year-old passenger of the Audi (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Volvo (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. All drivers were sober.
