On Tuesday, 30 September 2014, at night at 2:30, in Elektrėnų municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 31), a Scania R420 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Scania (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
