On Sunday, 2 November 2014, in the morning at around 8:00, in Jurbarko district municipality, Gedžių village, a Honda Civic ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the driver of the Honda, who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet.
