On Wednesday, 5 November 2014, in the afternoon at 13:55, in Kaunas, on Saulės street near No. 12, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Saab 9-5, a Volvo XC60, a Skoda Octavia and a Volkswagen Polo. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the Saab (12 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She was drunk (2.62‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
