On Sunday, 23 November 2014, in the evening at 20:02, in Kėdainių district municipality, on S. Dariaus ir S. Girėno street, a Volkswagen Sharan rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. A 24-year-old passenger of the Volkswagen was drunk. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
