On Saturday, 10 January 2015, at night at 2:10, in Kupiškio district municipality, on the Daugpilis–Rokiškis–Panevėžys national road (kilometre 64.90), a DAF XF 95.430 registered in Russia ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the DAF (a citizen of Russia) (30 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
