On Sunday, 11 January 2015, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kaunas, on Partizanų street near No. 3A, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 525, a Renault Clio and a Fiat Stilo. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.70‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was raining, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
