On Monday, 19 January 2015, in the afternoon at 16:54, in Švenčionių district municipality, on the Šakališkė–Murmos regional road (kilometre 0.70), a ChTZ T-150K rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the ChTZ (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
