On Monday, 26 January 2015, at night at 23:53, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 188.25), a Citroen C5 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 56-year-old driver of the Citroen (25 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
