On Sunday, 15 February 2015, in the morning at 8:46, in Biržų district municipality, Šlepščių village, on Šilelio street near No. 26, a Volvo V70 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Volvo (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
