On Saturday, 28 February 2015, in the morning at around 8:00, in Šiaulių district municipality, on the Aleksandrija–Ginkūnai national road (kilometre 3.16), a Renault Megane Scenic ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Renault (6 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
