On Sunday, 1 March 2015, in the evening at 18:46, in Panevėžys, on Savitiškio street near No. 61, a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf and a Skoda Octavia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 46-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to keep a safe distance and entered the oncoming traffic lane. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
