On Tuesday, 3 March 2015, at night at 3:54, in Šilalės district municipality, Kuodaičių village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 240.20), a Honda Civic ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the Honda (18 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
