Drunk, unlicensed motorcyclist hits a cyclist on P. Plechavičiaus street, Plungė
On Wednesday, 11 March 2015, in the evening at 19:45, in Plungės district municipality, on P. Plechavičiaus street near No. 11, a collision with a bicycle occurred.
