On Saturday, 18 April 2015, in the afternoon at 12:21, in Kaunas, on Veiverių street near No. 51E, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Crafter and an Audi A6. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 59-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (40 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
