Drunk motorcyclist rolls over in Liūdorių village
On Sunday, 31 May 2015, in the morning at 6:27, in Šiaulių district municipality, Liūdorių village, on the Kiti keliai local road (kilometre 4), a Peugeot Speedfight rolled over. One person was injured — a 20-year-old driving instructor (hospitalized). The accident was caused by a 20-year-old driving instructor, who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (1.32‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
