On Saturday, 27 June 2015, in the evening at 19:05, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 180.97), a Seat Alhambra ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 70-year-old driver of the Seat (34 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 130 km/h.
