On Friday, 17 July 2015, at night at 2:07, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 67.90), a Volvo FH12 registered in Russia hit an animal. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 53-year-old driver of the Volvo (35 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
