On Wednesday, 29 July 2015, at night at 1:12, in Šiauliai, on Pročiūnų street, an Audi 80 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Audi, who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.42‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. A 19-year-old passenger of the Audi was drunk (2.13‰).
