On Wednesday, 29 July 2015, in the evening at 18:12, in Ukmergės district municipality, on the Anykščiai–Kurkliai–Balninkai–Želva regional road (kilometre 38), an Audi A6 Avant ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Audi (22 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.02‰ blood alcohol).
