On Friday, 31 July 2015, in the evening at 20:30, in Kaunas, on Islandijos pl. near No. 32, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a traffic accident occurred. The accident involved a Volkswagen Passat and a Chrysler Town & Country. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Chrysler (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
