On Saturday, 1 August 2015, in the evening at 20:49, in Vilnius, on Čepkelių street near No. 3, a Chrysler Voyager hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Chrysler (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
