On Saturday, 1 August 2015, in the evening at 19:15, in Šalčininkų district municipality, Turgelių village, on Medininkų g near No. 1, a collision occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and a Renault Thalia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.33‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
