On Wednesday, 12 August 2015, at night at 2:07, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Pasvalys–Ryga main road (kilometre 18.70), an Audi A4 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Audi (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
