On Monday, 17 August 2015, in the evening at 17:20, in Kauno city municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 99.95), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Toyota (15 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
