On Thursday, 27 August 2015, at night at 1:17, in Panevėžio district municipality, Žibartonių village, on Ibutonių street near No. 1, a Renault Megane rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.83‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
