On Sunday, 30 August 2015, in the evening at 20:38, in Šiauliai, on Bačiūnų street, at the junction with Strazdų street, at a public-transport stop, a Renault Megane ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Renault (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
