On Tuesday, 8 September 2015, in the evening at 20:45, in Jonavos district municipality, Panoterių town, on Noteros street near No. 23, at the junction with Mokyklos street, an Audi A4 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Audi, who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. A 26-year-old passenger of the Audi was drunk (3.22‰). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
