On Sunday, 13 September 2015, in the afternoon at 14:23, in Telšių district municipality, on Luokės street, at the junction with Saulėtekio street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Renault Megane Scenic and a Nissan Almera Tino. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
