On Friday, 25 September 2015, in the morning at 9:45, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Daugpilis–Rokiškis–Panevėžys national road (kilometre 13.57), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Eurovan, an AHP 30TRI TIB and a Kamaz 5410. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.11‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
