On Saturday, 3 October 2015, in the evening at 17:41, in Vilnius, on Vismaliukų Sodų 3-ioji street near No. 21, a Baotian Rebel 49 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 79-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Baotian, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
