On Saturday, 3 October 2015, at night at 1:30, in Tauragės district municipality, Norkiškės village, on Skaudvilės g., at a yard or parking-lot exit, a Peugeot 406 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Peugeot (3 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (1.88‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
