On Friday, 9 October 2015, in the morning at 10:02, in Širvintų district municipality, on the Kiti keliai local road (kilometre 2), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Nissan X-Trail and a Suzuki Jimny. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Nissan, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (1.05‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
