On Saturday, 17 October 2015, at night at 4:30, in Alytaus district municipality, on the Tolkūnai–Miroslavas–Buckūnai regional road (kilometre 7), an Audi 80 rolled over. Three people were injured — a 17-year-old passenger of the Audi (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a seatbelt), a 23-year-old passenger of the Audi (hospitalized, was not wearing a seatbelt) and a 22-year-old passenger of the Audi (hospitalized, was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.93‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
