On Friday, 23 October 2015, in the evening at around 19:00, in Rokiškio district municipality, on Pandėlio street, at the junction with Dariaus ir Girėno street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Seat Ibiza and a Volvo V40. Two people were injured — the 54-year-old driver of the Seat (treated as an outpatient) and the 19-year-old driver of the Volvo (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the Seat (9 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
