On Sunday, 25 October 2015, in the evening at 20:12, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Rokiškis–Skemai–Strepeikiai regional road (kilometre 6.70), an Audi A4 Avant ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.82‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
