On Friday, 20 November 2015, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Šiauliai, on Lyros street near No. 13, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 525 and a Toyota Avensis. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the BMW (17 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.03‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
