Unlicensed BMW driver hits a parked car and flees on Liudiškių g., Anykščiai
On Sunday, 29 November 2015, at night at 0:20, in Anykščių district municipality, on Liudiškių street near No. 29, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
