Unlicensed Ford driver and Volkswagen crash on the Tirkšliai–Užlieknė–Viekšniai road
On Friday, 11 December 2015, at night at around 23:00, in Mažeikių district municipality, on the Tirkšliai–Užlieknė–Viekšniai regional road (kilometre 3.69), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Ford Fiesta and a Volkswagen Multivan. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Ford, who entered the oncoming traffic lane.
