On Wednesday, 13 January 2016, in the evening at 22:40, in Klaipėda, on Smiltelės street, at the junction with Pietinė street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 525, a Toyota Avensis and a Subaru Forester. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the BMW (8 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. All drivers were sober.
