On Friday, 19 February 2016, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Druskininkų municipality, on Gardino g. near No. 1, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 725 and a Mitsubishi Space Star. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the BMW (2 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
