On Sunday, 13 March 2016, at night at 2:30, in Molėtų district municipality, on Siesarties street near No. 12, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Rover 220 and an Opel Zafira. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Rover, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.02‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
